Seasonal silliness

Beware of being caught up in the negative side of seasonal silliness.

Celebrate, have fun and take time to check in with yourself occasionally to make sure you are making the best choices for your (and others’) ultimate well-being.

It’s a stressful time of the year – do your best to relax and enjoy it, no matter what’s going on in your life.

Here’s some seasonal silliness from Jennifer Saunders (not recommended!):

  1. Ahhh, more words of wisdom. I find that over the years (perhaps its age) that I pay attention less and less to all the “hoopla” regarding shopping at Christmas. Good lord there is a commercial on tv (Shoppers Drug Mart) that is about a women that is a present freak. For me it sends such a negative message, and I can’t help think of all the people (I’m one of them) that has no interest, or the funds, to buy mass amounts of presents for people. Then there are the people who have all the necessary funds and are stressed about which Tiffany product to purchase!! I for one, am watching my physical and mental health over this wonderful happy season and am full of gratitude that I’m the lucky one that gets to fly to my Sister’s home to sit under the tree and remember what is truly important. Lots of Love..and Merry Christmas
